We offer three levels of concert band camps for students of
winds and percussion.

Click the links below to view more information about
each class to help you decide which one is right for you.

Concert Band Quick Start Camps

Haney Summer Music Camp's Quick Start Clinics for beginners is a fantastic way to start on a wind instrument or percussion. Taking this course is undoubtedly your best investment in beginning a concert band instrument.

Note that we have added a third Concert Band Quick Start Clinic this year, as we have found that the August clinic was getting too large. Students now have three options for dates and times, so pick the one which works best for you!

Concert Band Junior Camp

The Junior Band class in the Haney Summer Music Camp is an excellent follow up to the Quick Start Clinics. This program is ideal for students heading into their second or third year of playing a wind instrument or percussion. The music is at about the grade 2-3 level, which is geared towards students in approximately grades 6-9 of their school music program.

Concert Band Senior Camp

The Senior Band Camp at the Haney Summer Music Camp is an intensive and challenging week long workshop for maturing band students. This program offers more in depth study of your wind instrument or percussion. The music is at about the grade 3-4 level, and is intended for students in about grades 9-12 in their school music program.
